🌏 Rising FDI inflows
🤖 AI-related manufacturing and technology supply chains

✅ Vietnam is emerging as a strategic manufacturing and AI-related export hub in Asia
• AI-related exports accounted for approximately 32% of GDP in 2025
• Manufacturing contributes around 25% of GDP — among the highest in East Asia

✅ FDI inflows continue to strengthen
• Realized FDI reached a record USD 27.6 billion in 2025
• South Korea and Singapore remain leading investors in electronics, LNG, and high-tech sectors

⚠️ 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐬:
⚡ The Middle East oil shock continues to place pressure on:
• Inflation
• Logistics and transportation costs
• Exchange rates
• Corporate financing and liquidity

⚠️ Structural gaps between FDI enterprises and domestic businesses remain significant, raising concerns regarding productivity spillovers and long-term resilience.

Vietnam is currently undertaking one of its most ambitious reform agendas since Đổi Mới, including:
📜 More than 86 laws and 300 decrees issued from 2025 to April 2026

🏗️ Approximately USD 320 billion planned for infrastructure investment over the next 5 years
