✅ Analyzing and comparing selected key provisions concerning the organization of the civil judgment enforcement system, enforcement procedures, and other related matters.

✅ Highlighting new directions aimed at streamlining the organizational structure, simplifying procedures, advancing digital transformation, and promoting the socialization of civil judgment enforcement activities.

✅ Clarifying key statutory timelines throughout the civil judgment enforcement process, including the transfer of judgments and decisions, the issuance and notification of enforcement decisions, the voluntary enforcement period, the verification of enforcement conditions, and the application of preservation and coercive enforcement measures.

✅ Discussing the potential impact of the new provisions on the provision of legal advice, legal representation, and the protection of clients’ lawful rights and interests during the civil judgment enforcement process.
