From April 14 to April 23, 2025, VICMC has successfully organized an intensive online training course on negotiation and mediation skills in commercial disputes.

This practical and insightful program brought together seasoned experts, including accredited mediators, respected lawyers, distinguished arbitrators, and renowned negotiation professionals:

👨‍⚖️ our Managing Partner David Lam, VICMC Mediator, Equity member at TRACENT – HCMC COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION CENTER , also has contributed as an active mentor throughout the sessions.

✨ The training provided hands-on experience in:
✔️ Commercial dispute resolution through negotiation and mediation,
✔️ Realistic role-playing in sale of goods, IP, and M&A disputes,
✔️ Developing creative solutions, overcoming deadlocks, and drafting mediation agreements.

📜 Participants who met VICMC’s criteria were awarded certificates of completion. This marks another important step in fostering professional, practical mediation skills within the Vietnamese legal and business community.
