INTRODUCTON

Phan Huu Phuoc joined THE LAM in 2021 and is one of the dynamic young members of the firm. With enthusiasm and positive contributions, Phuoc is currently a promising Associate at THE LAM.

Phuoc specializes in corporate law, with significant experience advising on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, project investments, contracts, and international commercial law.

Phuoc has extensive experience assisting clients across various industries and legal issues, including providing legal advice, legal analysis, and legal due diligence, predicting legal changes affecting company structures and operations, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and documents.

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, Phuoc holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Phuoc is fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
