INTRODUCTION

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Dung is a lawyer and corporate governance expert with over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, business strategy, and legal compliance. He currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors and General Director of Saigon Plant Protection Joint Stock Company, and joins THE LAM LAW as Counsel.

He holds a PhD in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in International Law, and is a qualified lawyer of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar . With a unique combination of legal expertise and hands-on executive experience, he provides practical and strategic legal solutions, particularly in corporate governance, business strategy, and regulatory compliance.
