Recently, the non-disclosure agreement and the non-compete agreement have played an important role in labor relations in Vietnam. This contributes to protecting employers from risks of leakage of business secrets and technology secrets significantly, however, raising the question of a guarantee of employees’ legitimate rights and benefits when entering into such agreements.
