On the afternoon of May 12, 2025, Mr. David Lam – Accredited Mediator at VICMC (Vietnam International Commercial Mediation Center)  and Paneled Arbitrator at TRACENT – HCMC COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION CENTER , Managing Partner at THE LAM LAW, was honored to accept an invitation from Law Faculty, the Foreign Trade University (FTU) – Campus II in Ho Chi Minh City, to deliver legal sharing sessions to students, majoring in Logistics & Supply Chain Management and Business Administration.

“Freedom of Will in Contract Formation” – a cornerstone principle in contract law with far-reaching implications in both domestic and international commercial practices.
The session explored legal foundations, key international practices, and featured real-life case examples drawn from DavidLam’s extensive arbitration, mediation and legal practice. Delivered in a clear and practical style, the discussion resonated strongly with students, sparking a vibrant Q&A session lasting over 45 minutes.
